Process Associate in Bookkeeping needs attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in relevant software. You should be a collaborative team member who is passionate about sharing the things you’ve learned as well as learning from others on the team.


  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
  • Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; and reconciling entries.
  • Recording accounting entries.
  • Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
  • Monitor any variances from the projected budget.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.


  • 1 – 2 Years of experience in General Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, Data entry skills
  • Understanding accounting best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of XERO, Quickbooks, Zoho, Fresh Books, or other accounting applications is an added advantage.
